Enhancing THREAD’s listening solutions, AI Moderator supports richer data insights by interacting with research participants as they provide their perspectives on research study designs. Biopharma sponsors and CROs now have this feature available to turn on/off in their listening projects to gain insights on protocol schedule of events, informed consent language, recruitment campaigns, and retention strategies to design the most patient-focused research studies. AI Moderator is now in use with customers and offering the following:

• Real-time response validation: evaluates each participant's spoken response as it's recorded, determining whether all parts of a multi-part question have been fully addressed before moving on
• Intelligent follow-up, not scripted prompts: adapts in real time, and asks targeted follow-up questions only when specific parts of a response are missing
• Better data quality at the source: by ensuring complete, high-quality responses during the interview itself, the system dramatically reduces the need for post-interview follow-ups while preserving governance guardrails
• Works across recording formats: supports both in-app audio recording and phone-based interviews providing flexible usage by research participants
